Many of us spend a lot of time where we work, and a healthy workplace is a more enjoyable place to be.

Employees can rack up to 12 hours a day working and commuting to and from work. Including physical fitness in to this time is vitally important when it comes to productivity in the workplace.

Workplace wellness programs are proven in reducing both sick leave and compensation costs. While the most common form of promoting workplace health is a fitness program, very few Irish work sites with 100 or more employees offer them.​

Physical activity can control your weight, help combat diseases, increase energy and improve your mood. Most importantly, exercise is more fun in a group environment at work. At Titan we have developed our very own physical fitness modules with the necessary exercises that will improve employee strength, core, flexibility and overall fitness levels. 

PHYSICAL WELLNESS MODULES

 

HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training – Titan Wellness has designed their very own bespoke corporate HIIT classes focusing on improving posture, core strength, improving lower back pain, strength and fun.

 

Strength Training – is a type of physical exercise using a mixture of body weight and weighted exercises to improve whole body strength. This type of class builds strength, anaerobic endurance, size of skeletal muscles and bone density.

 

Boxercise – is one of Titan Wellness most requested classes. Boxercise enhances cardiovascular health, whole body strength, weight loss and decreases stress and anxiety.

 

Yoga – increases flexibility, increases muscle strength, improves respiration and energy, helps weight loss, injury prevention and reduces stress and anxiety

 

Pilates – focuses more on abdominal strength and core strength compared to Yoga. Other benefits of Pilates classes are improved flexibility, balance, and increased lower back strength.

 

Running Program – Titan Wellness encourage movement to be part of your life. We believe that group training can enhance productivity, improve communication, mental health and fitness levels when employees train together.

 

Couch To 5k - learn to run program is an easy and enjoyable program that suits all levels of fitness. Titan Wellness will complete a short assessment on participants pre and post program. We will have a coach onsite twice a week for 6 weeks motivating and implementing the running program around the surrounding areas of your premises.
